Poseidon
Poseidon is one of the twelve Olympians Gods. He presides over the sea, storms, earthquakes and horses. He is the protector of seafarers and the guardian of many hellenic cities and colonies.
The trident was a symbol of Poseidon's authority and strength. It was often used to create storms, cause earthquakes, and even to calm the seas.
He is considered one of the most bad-tempered, moody and greedy Olympian gods. His vengeance when insulted was also legendary.
