The wax used in these Nimbin Candles, is a fully refined, food-grade paraffin wax. It contains no ashes or resins and is used extensively in the food industry in products like grease-proof paper, paper plates, and even used milkshake containers. It’s the same wax used around cheese products Unbleached Australia cotton wicking.is used. Traditionally made using the age-old method of dipping the wick continuously into the melted wax, which gives you a perfect candle every time. The colours used are vegetable based, the same dye that is used in Batik art.
